Job Overview

As a creative problem solver, you will work independently and collaboratively to create visually compelling designs and high-quality production files for various products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize digital files for different output methods, ensuring they meet production standards by adjusting layouts and typesetting according to brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Implement precise color management and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction, conducting thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to correct errors.
  • Work seamlessly with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Collaborate on workflow for efficient asset delivery, focusing on optimizing files for print and digital output, ensuring color accuracy and consistency across media.
Qualifications
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate with a strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection, and strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Strong communication skills for effective team interaction, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
