Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced payroll professional to join our international team.

This role involves delivering accurate and timely payroll services to our clients in Australia while providing exceptional client support.

  • Process and review Australian payroll with 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues.
  • Work closely with clients and payroll partners to ensure a seamless experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert payroll advice and guidance to clients.
  • Identifying and reporting any risks or errors related to payroll processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with all local regulations and security standards.

You'll be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted payroll advisor. To thrive in this role, you'll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.
  • Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other Australian payroll regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and able to work with payroll data confidently.
