Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, including resolving issues related to computer systems, printers, networks, and device connectivity. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Open to under graduates, college level, vocational, or bachelors degree holders from any course
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in solid TSR or technical support with a Telco/Network background
  • Previous experience in the BPO industry, preferably in US, UK, AU/NZ Canada service locations
  • Must have voice support experience
  • Background that touches computer systems, printers, networks, and device connectivity
  • Will undergo a 5-week training program
  • Must be open to working a hybrid setup
  • Shifting duties, but more emphasis on night shifts
