Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective chat support to clients
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills
Requirements:
- High school graduate with at least one year of experience as Voice and/or Chat Customer Service Specialist
- Minimum of six months BPO (Preferred Local/Gaming) experience is an advantage
- Fresh College graduates, beginners, and/or shifters are welcome and encouraged to apply
- 40 wpm (online typing speed test)
- Good command of interpreting written English and Tagalog language
- Can naturally converse verbally using English and Tagalog language
- Willing and able to work on shifting schedules
- Willing and able to work on Holidays
- Able to work in an onsite/in-office setting daily
- With high respect for confidentiality and integrity
- Computer literate and familiar with basic office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
