Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Messaging Expert to join our team. As a Junior Financial Messaging Expert, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by providing first-line support, handling customer inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our customer success team to gain expertise and develop your skills around financial messaging support. You will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies and learn from experienced professionals in the field.

As a Junior Financial Messaging Expert, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing first-line support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to financial messaging.
  3. Working closely with the customer success team to resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems.
  4. Maintaining detailed logs and reports of customer interactions and resolutions.

Our ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. They should have a strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and software troubleshooting. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and analytical thinking.
