We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Email Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing email systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • You will work in a service team, dealing with service tickets and incidents concerning Microsoft Exchange.
  • User and shared mailbox management, managing static and dynamic M365 groups and distributions lists.
  • Maintenance of Exchange Online and limited Exchange On-Prem servers.
  • Collaboration with users to troubleshoot issues and provide training on using email systems.
  • Supporting technical leads and senior engineers on projects as required.
  • Analysing tickets and feedback to maintain good service levels and identify process and technical improvements.
  • Development of internal knowledge base and training materials.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in email systems, including Exchange Online and on-premises environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of email systems, including Exchange Online, on-premises Exchange, and hybrid environments.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell for the management of M365 services.
  • Experience with Sharepoint, Powerautomate, and other M365 services.
  • Configuration of email policies, SMTP relay, and mail routing.
  • Ticket management systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Presentation of data using PowerBI is advantageous.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to provide training to end users.
