Job Description:

Join a rapidly expanding Australian cryptocurrency exchange as a Cryptocurrency Operations & Support Specialist.


This is a fully remote, permanent role with flexible hours. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing operational, marketing, and customer support tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage our community and promote the exchange.
  • Assist in booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and crypto networks.
  • Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
  • Stay up-to-date on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  • Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for crypto and eagerness to learn.
