About Us
We're looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Growth Manager, you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. Your actions and decisions will reflect our core values. Your expertise covers the full spectrum of our Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition.
Job DescriptionYour role goes beyond delivering measurable business outcomes—you will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This ongoing engagement builds trust, strengthens client relationships, and positions us as a strategic leader in performance marketing. You stand as a representative and zealous advocate for our unique approach to media acquisition and its accompanying tools. You set a high standard, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a results-focused approach. You thrive on challenges, take ownership of outcomes, and are committed to building, optimizing, and scaling high-performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Broad experience across domains (math, data analytics, operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.) adds value
- Achieve certification and confidence in our ideology by the end of training; precise execution of our system for top-quality client results
- Deliver high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across our system's Growth Map and Statlas
- Lead and collaborate to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards
- Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results and maintain market-leading outcomes
- Maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks; align daily on forecasts to exceed expectations
- Naturally curious and able to absorb information quickly and effectively
- Openness to feedback and ability to implement it proactively without constant direction
- Resourceful and able to refine your skills independently
- Thrives in a self-managed environment with autonomy and continuous improvement
You will merge the Finance and Marketing sides of a business to build a forecasted strategy to help the business achieve its goal.
This role will be client-facing.

- Salary Range: $64,000-$76,000 per year (first year), $100,000-$120,000 per year (second year)
