Job Summary

MCI is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead B2B content strategy, drive thought leadership, and support demand generation. This role is remote work-at-home with a leading Business Process Outsourcing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop targeted content calendars for B2B buyers.
  • Lead creation of whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and webinars.
  • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation.
  • Collaborate on ABM and nurturing content with Sales.
  • Track performance across the buyer journey.
  • Manage writers and designers to deliver quality assets.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
  • At least 3 years of content marketing experience, including leadership.
  • Experience producing thought leadership and sales content.
  • SEO and keyword strategy expertise.
  • Strong storytelling and editing skills.
  • Experience managing content teams.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background and/or security investigation.
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening.
