This is a pivotal position for a fintech client seeking a skilled professional to organize and categorize digital content, manage FAQs on social media, and ensure optimal discoverability across various platforms.
- Effectively tag and categorize digital content to enhance searchability and user engagement.
- Proactively manage and respond to frequently asked questions (FAQs) on social media channels in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Collaborate with content creators to gain insight into the context and intent of content for efficient tagging.
- Maintain uniformity in tagging practices across all content types through consistency.
- Monitor content performance metrics and analyze the impact of tagging and FAQ management on engagement.
- Update and refine tags based on performance data and evolving content strategies.
- Contribute to developing and implementing best practices for content tagging and management.
- Proven experience in content management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of content categorization and SEO principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with content management systems and tagging tools is advantageous.
