Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced representative to manage healthcare accounts, specifically with expertise in AthenaOne EMR. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in navigating the system effectively, and experience in collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service utilizing AthenaOne EMR.
  • Utilize expertise in healthcare accounts to navigate the system effectively
  • Handle customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances, and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates in our database.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of AthenaOne EMR software.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues and concerns.
