The Management Accounting Manager will play a critical role in driving the company's financial performance by delivering clear, data-driven insights to guide strategic planning and operational decision-making. This role is essential in supporting leadership with accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, and cost management—ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Job Scope:

  1. Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into the company's financial health and operational efficiency.

  2. Oversee the creation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with department heads and business units.

  3. Perform detailed financial and market analysis for potential new business ventures—such as new sites or brand launches—to support executive-level investment decisions.

  4. Track actual vs. budgeted expenditures for each department, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to control costs.

  5. Act as a financial advisor to various departments, supporting them in planning, strategy, and performance optimization.

  6. Identify inefficiencies and propose financial strategies or process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness across the organization.

Job Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong foundation in financial and management accounting principles. Certified Management Accounting is a plus.

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in management reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis—ideally within the Food, Hospitality, or FMCG sectors, or in publicly listed companies.

  • Proven track record of managing a team, with a minimum of 3 direct reports, and demonstrated ability to lead and mentor staff.

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data into business insights. Skilled at influencing strategic decisions through data.

  • Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or other major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Accounting Systems.
