Job Overview

As a seasoned Application Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end management of our enterprise software suite, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across all systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of the application suite to guarantee all systems run smoothly and meet business needs.
  • Process Automation & Integration: Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and integrations across applications and platforms.
  • Business Process Optimization: Oversee process management in the CRM – from lead capture to conversion.
  • Custom Workflows & App Development: Develop and refine custom workflows in the CRM (and related apps) to automate business processes.
  • Campaigns & Marketing Automation: Manage email marketing and drip campaigns using Zoho Campaigns.
  • Analytics & Dashboards: Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reports using Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
  • Data Quality Management: Ensure high data quality across all applications.
  • Support & Training: Provide technical support to staff using enterprise software.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for enterprise software suites.

Requirements:
  • Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise software applications.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to build and automate business processes using various tools.
  • Integration Experience: Experience working across multiple business units or departments.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
  • Work Ethic & Organization: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Zoho Certification: Zoho Certification is mandatory.
