Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the charge in hiring our internal staff.

In this role, you will own end-to-end recruiting for all internal hires, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing. You will craft and refine compelling job ads that attract top-tier candidates and partner with department heads to deeply understand what "great" looks like for each role.

You will also build shortlists, conduct first-round interviews, and drive the hiring process forward fast. Additionally, you will improve our recruiting playbook by streamlining tools, systems, and communication.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment (internal hiring or agency)
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience recruiting for fast-paced startups or global teams is a plus
  • Excellent judgment, organization, and follow-through
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, ATS platforms, etc.
