Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans that leverage influencers to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions.
  • Identify and engage with influencers who resonate with our target audience and campaign goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Ensure quality by providing creative direction and reviewing influencer content to align with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Analyze and report using analytics tools to measure performance and optimize future initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A creative and passionate mindset for digital marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign innovation.
Technical Needs
  • A personally owned PC or laptop with sufficient processing power.
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speed.
