Job Title: Virtual Receptionist

This role involves handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to clients. As a virtual receptionist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, and scheduling appointments on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Represent clients professionally and adhere to their standard greetings.
  • Schedule appointments on client CRM/scheduling platforms with ease.
  • Take detailed call summary notes including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details.
  • Communicate accurate call notes to clients after each call.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Prior BPO experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Exhibit intellectual honesty and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
