As a Senior HR Business Partner at Colgate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of employees and management in the commercial functions. Your primary responsibility will be to align business objectives with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR partnership to assigned functions
  • Responsible for talent management, workforce planning, and organization effectiveness
  • Identify people development needs and compensation actions for functions and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Work closely with CBS HR support on talent acquisition strategy and execution
  • Lead capability building assessment and planning for the company
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced, professional environment; with at least 6 years in an HR business partner role
  • Solid experience in employee life cycle management from onboarding to termination
  • Highly experienced in talent management and performance management as an HR partner
  • Strong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority
