Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Manager to lead complex projects for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

This role involves spearheading project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and develop comprehensive digital strategies. Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise in implementing enterprise-level solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft D365.

You will also build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of client organizations, including C-suite executives and technical teams. Your leadership skills will enable you to guide project teams, foster a culture of high performance, and drive effective change management strategies.

With a strong understanding of digital transformation methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, you will contribute to business development efforts and identify new opportunities for digital transformation services. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, actively contributing to our thought leadership and service offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale enterprise system implementations or Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
  • At least 4 years of experience in SAP FICO and GRC, and with at least 3 full project lifecycles of SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized project management certification.
  • At least one relevant certification related to Oracle, SAP, Workday, or Microsoft D365.
