Job Overview

The Property Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of assigned properties, including but not limited to Safety and Security, Customer Service, Legal and Regulatory Compliance, Facilities Management, Engineering and Maintenance, Governance, Financial Management, Administrative Management, Health, Sanitation and Environmental Aspect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate regular property operations
  • Implement management standards, operating plans, and programs
  • Maintain efficiency and adequacy of equipment
  • Conduct meetings with staff, officers and customers/clients
  • Prepare and monitor operational budgets against actual expenditures
  • Ensure accurate billing and collection
  • Ensure strict compliance with government requirements
  • Attend to customer inquiries, requests and concerns
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Professional license is preferred
  • Strong grasp on Basic Financial Management and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Regulatory Compliance and Property Management Cycle
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Amenable to work in Makati, BGC, Quezon City locations
