Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in an e-commerce or DTC environment, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of performance marketing principles and practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate network relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing paid campaigns in e-commerce or DTC environments.
  • Deep knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and measurement.
  • Experience with Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting tools.
  • Proven success managing campaigns to CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate goals.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
