Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of DevOps Engineer. This role involves building and maintaining software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing full-stack applications using technologies such as Node.js, MongoDB, Next.js, and Nest.js.
  • Managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and YAML for seamless deployment.
  • Containerization and orchestration of applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implementing scalable DevOps solutions using AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
  • Ensuring security best practices by building secure web applications with strong protocols in place.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to make architectural decisions for system scalability and performance.
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Developing processes for infrastructure automation using Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker.
  • Solving complex problems in real-time to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Implementing monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience developing with Node.js/MERN stack or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of core web app development experience (front-end and back-end).
  • 2+ years of CI/CD and/or DevOps related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are desirable:

  • AWS Certifications: AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
  • Serverless Architecture: Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless application development.
  • Microservices: Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
  • Networking and Security: Understanding of networking concepts, VPNs, and security protocols.
  • Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Community Contribution: Active participation in open-source projects or tech communities.
