Main Responsibilities
The Implementation Officer will ensure delivery of Sprout products according to project timelines. This involves configuring the application based on the implementation plan, executing activities, and serving as the primary support for updates on project plans, communication documents, and follow-ups. The officer will also utilize documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to stakeholders. Additionally, they will help in creating new deliverables/best practices for implementation services to enhance implementation engagements.

Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have finance and payroll knowledge with 1-2 years of experience. They should be familiar with various software, including HRIS and Payroll systems, with hands-on experience in configuring applications for user roles and data access. The ideal candidate should also have client training experience, problem-solving abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills. They should be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization and adapt quickly to new tools or software upgrades.
