Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications and systems. This involves testing and validating program modules to meet specifications and procedures standards.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Testing and validating software releases of increasing complexity prior to distribution
  • Documenting software defects in the issue-tracking system and communicating with software developers
  • Validating all written documentation for assignments for accuracy and completion

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Management Information Science, or Business
  • Prior experience in software quality assurance required
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills involving sound decision making and effective resolutions

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams effectively
  • Strong time management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful results
  • Firm knowledge and experience with relational databases including solid knowledge and understanding of SQL and query writing
