Reward and Incentive Manager

This position plays a critical role in supporting the HR function at Trends Group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering various employee benefits programs, including those initiated by the company and mandated by the government.
Key responsibilities include providing coaching and guidance to colleagues, processing and coordinating HMOs, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Main Duties- Coach C&B Specialists in handling employee benefits processes and queries.
- Process and coordinate HMO, prepare and monitor reports and billings.
- Process and coordinate company-related and bank loans.
- Assist in planning and implementing employee incentive and retention programs.
- Monitor and process submission of performance appraisals and regularization of probationary employees.
- Resolve conflicts with benefit providers and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager, or Head.
