About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to drive business decisions.

You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, provide insights, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Processing: Collect and organize data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness. Clean and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using tools like SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Reporting and Visualization: Present data findings in a clear and concise manner through visualizations and reports. Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Insights and Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and data visualization.
  • Analytical skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
