Marketing Role Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly skilled marketing professional with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns and building brand awareness.

This is a remote position that requires minimal supervision, allowing the successful candidate to work independently and make decisions without needing constant guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted B2B email campaigns via Mailchimp, including audience segmentation, campaign tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Graphic Design & Branding: Create high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, proposal materials, pitch decks, and trade show assets, ensuring consistent visual branding across all platforms.
  • Website & SEO Management: Manage and update multiple company websites in WordPress, ensuring all content is current, visually aligned with brand standards, and optimized for search engines.
  • Social Media & Community Engagement: Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, creating engaging content, monitoring analytics, and facilitating community interaction.
  • Campaign & Event Marketing: Plan and execute initiatives for events, sponsorships, and recruiting efforts, developing brand storytelling strategies and coordinating special projects.
  • Thought Leadership & Reporting: Support the creation/distribution of industry-relevant blogs, white papers, interviews, and articles, tracking KPIs and providing insights to guide strategic marketing decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media, preferably in the AEC or professional services industry.
  • Proven ability to manage B2B social media channels, including analytics review and engagement strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or similar tools for targeted campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools, with an emphasis on brand consistency and visual detail.
  • Experience managing and updating WordPress websites, including basic SEO optimization and content formatting.
  • Must provide a portfolio or samples of past work that demonstrate originality, creativity, and authenticity.
