Job Overview

This role involves coordinating and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Key responsibilities include real-time monitoring of queues, tracking service level performance, providing call-outs on non-adherence, coordinating offline activities, and preparing EOD performance analysis reports.

A strong candidate will possess at least two years of experience in a similar role, good knowledge of MS-Excel, understanding of call center KPIs, excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, people management skills, ability to develop trust and professional rapport with employees and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor real-time queues to identify risks to meeting contractual KPIs.
  • Track service level performance against planned AHT, Aux & Shrinkage.
  • Provide call-outs on performance and staffing levels to floor supervisors.
  • Coordinate offline activities and prepare EOD performance analysis reports.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Excel.
  • Understanding of call center KPIs: AHT, Service Level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
