  • Review and negotiate agreements to ensure they meet company requirements.
  • Support compliance protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the vendor NDA process in accordance with company compliance and vendor management protocols.
  • Review, redline, negotiate, and draft NDAs on behalf of the company.
  • Maintain accurate version control and status tracking of all documents.
  • Provide legal support including document preparation, proofreading, research, and fact-checking.
