As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, remediating, and approving firewall rules and policies, ensuring compliance with established standards and requirements.

You will utilize security monitoring tools to support audits and make critical decisions regarding enterprise security policies.

A strong sense of accountability and attention to detail are essential in this role, as you will determine the severity and complexity of security issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and remediate firewall rules/policies to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulations.
  • Making informed decisions on enterprise security policies to safeguard against potential threats.
  • Utilize security monitoring tools to support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Report and review compliance status, implementing remediation actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with directors, managers, and technical personnel to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain firewall security policies, promoting innovative approaches to complex problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience with Palo Alto Firewall.
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Security.
  • 5+ years of experience in Security Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in Firewall rule/policy compliance and governance.
  • 5+ years of experience in Firewall rule analysis and remediation.
  • Proven communication skills for effective team and customer engagement.
