Relationship Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients. This role involves identifying business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with SME clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling DITO's products and services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Account Management:

  1. Manage and grow key accounts through detailed account plans and collaboration with internal teams.
  2. Monitor and report on key account metrics, including customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Client Onboarding and Support:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, guiding them through the setup and implementation of DITO's services.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing technical issues and coordinating with support teams as necessary.

Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on DITO's product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on client needs and market demands.

Contract Management:

  • Negotiate and renew contracts with existing clients.
  • Ensure all agreements and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of SME business challenges and the ability to offer tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
