Overview
As Relationship Manager for DITO Business under the SME segment, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of telecom products and services, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Functions and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SME clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling DITO's products and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the needs of SME clients.
3. Account Planning and Strategy:
- Create detailed account plans to manage and grow key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Monitor and report on key account metrics, including customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Customer Onboarding and Support:
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, guiding them through the setup and implementation of DITO's services.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing technical issues and coordinating with support teams as necessary.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of DITO's services.
5. Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on DITO's product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on client needs and market demands.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance knowledge and expand client base.
6. Contract Management:
- Negotiate and renew contracts with existing clients.
- Ensure all agreements and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor contract compliance and address any issues that arise.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales pipeline, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for account growth and client satisfaction improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Job Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
