Lead Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support our product team in making data-driven decisions, conducting market analysis, and improving internal efficiencies. This hybrid role requires equal parts data analysis and operational strategy to ensure alignment between business goals and product execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Decision Support: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that drive product decisions and internal process improvements.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineering, and operations teams to align data insights with business objectives.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product and operational success. Lead business intelligence efforts, synthesizing complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or a similar role in a software company.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience in software, e-commerce, or logistics industries is a plus.
- Proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools, and agile methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present insights and recommendations.
