This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Reporting and Analytics function, working closely with the Analytics Lead and other team members to transform operational data into actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide timely support to internal stakeholders.
  • Determine data analysis requirements and reporting needs.
  • Query and investigate databases to answer questions and address data issues.
  • Create reports and dashboards.
  • Aid other Analysts to enhance data accessibility and clarity.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A passion for data, analytics, and problem-solving.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data and insights-focused roles.
  • Familiarity with SQL coding skills (JOINS, CASE statements, basic window functions).
  • Understanding of data modeling principles.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI (including DAX and Power Query).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data tables into actionable, digestible information.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Ability to interact with data in application data stores, and data warehouses.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service by anticipating their needs and helping them see future opportunities to combat evolving scammer behavior.
