Process Documentation Specialist

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and alignment of our internal processes and policies with regulatory requirements.

As a Process Documentation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with different teams to build and maintain documentation that supports operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and maintain process documentation in line with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are accurate, up-to-date, and well-communicated.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and update documentation accordingly.
  • Maintain version control and ensure proper archiving of all process documents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid knowledge of operations, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to analyze processes and translate them into clear, structured documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with document management tools.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in process documentation, compliance, or operations.
