Outbound Sales Specialist

Job Overview

This role is focused on building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers to promote products and services. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging in consultative selling, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Make Outbound Calls: Engage with existing and potential customers to promote products and services and drive revenue growth.
  2. Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their business objectives.
  3. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  4. Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles is required.
  • Language Proficiency: High language proficiency in English is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Windows operating systems is required.
