We're seeking a commercially minded Client Services Executive with strong digital marketing and analytics expertise to support our commercial team. You will manage post-sale client relationships, track campaign performance, extract strategic insights, and build compelling, brand-aligned sales decks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into strategy, and can communicate value through polished visuals and confident client engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Client Campaign Success: Deliver a premium post-sale experience across print, digital, video, and events—ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.
  • Campaign Performance & Insights: Track key campaign metrics (impressions, engagement, conversions, ROI) and translate them into actionable insights for clients.
  • Strategic Client Reporting: Create and present performance reports that demonstrate campaign success, offering recommendations for optimization and upselling.
  • Building Sales Decks & Client Proposals: Collaborate with the sales team to develop visually compelling, data-driven sales presentations utilizing Canva.
  • Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management: Act as the key post-sale contact for advertisers, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and client expectations are met.
  • Industry & Competitor Insights: Keep up with digital and print media trends, helping clients understand new opportunities and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing account management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working for an American, UK, or Australian company.
  • Strong marketing knowledge with an ability to analyze digital campaign performance data (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms).
  • Experience in building sales decks or client presentations that translate data into compelling business insights.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset – able to translate campaign metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in digital marketing, or a media sales environment is required.
