Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in building the next generation of intelligent credit risk and collections systems. This is a remote-first opportunity with the chance to collaborate in hybrid mode at our offices alongside cross-functional teams shaping AI-powered features for real-world impact.

This role involves developing production-grade AI that combines state-of-the-art LLM-based agentic workflows with conventional machine learning to power next-generation credit-risk, early-warning, and digital collections capabilities inside our Financial Suite (EFS).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field.
  • At least 3 years of experience building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production.
  • Experience in financial services, credit risk, or banking is a plus.

A successful candidate will possess skills in Python, including writing clean, modular, and tested code with async handling, dependency management, and testing practices. Familiarity with GenAI coding assistants is a plus.
