Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional phone support to our HomeWiseDocs customers. You will need to accurately document and record issues within our Salesforce system, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client concerns.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in working in a call center environment. Your ability to multitask, work accurately with attention to detail, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction will make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide full-time phone support to HomeWiseDocs customers
  • Document and record issues within Salesforce
  • Achieve a high CSAT and first call resolution rate
  • Achieve or exceed minimum service level requirements
  • Gain 'Skills Certification' in assigned product support areas
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work accurately and multitask
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office
