About the Team:
Our Global Product Support (GPS) team is a collaborative and dynamic environment where talented professionals come together to provide exceptional support and resolution to our customers' technical problems. As a Technical Support Expert, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our clients, working closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless support for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 2/3 Product Support experience in software management required, with ITIL knowledge being a bonus. Experience in triage management and conducting incident investigations is also highly desirable. You will be adept in monitoring and managing critical outages and major incidents, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
