This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Technical Resolution Expert. In this role, you will provide expert-level technical support and resolution to complex issues, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support technology field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
