Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will serve as the trusted right-hand person to our CEO, driving executive efficiency and seamless communication.

  • Act as the primary liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage information flow accurately and promptly.

  • Supervise clerical staff to maintain smooth administrative operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in relevant administrative support roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Qualifications: At least a high school diploma; ability to prioritize and organize daily workloads.
  • Non-Negotiables: Exceptional organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; collaborative interpersonal skills.
