Business Intelligence Lead

The Business Intelligence Lead plays a pivotal role in driving strategic business decisions through the effective design and implementation of data models, dashboards, and reports. As a key member of the analytics team, this individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and translate business needs into actionable data solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to provide valuable insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and analytics tools, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns, supporting informed decision-making processes within the organization.
  • Evaluate and implement robust data validation techniques to ensure accuracy and integrity across various data platforms.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, methodologies, and findings, serving as a knowledge base for the analytics team.
  • Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development within the department.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, preferably with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics tools and platforms, including SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Proven experience working with large healthcare datasets, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights in simple terms, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • A proactive approach to identifying trends and driving business intelligence strategies, fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.
