Job Description:

The ideal candidate will assist in organizing workflows and managing datasets across multiple departments, ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.

They will work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.

The Operations & Data Coordinator will be responsible for classifying and maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.

Supporting data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks is also a key responsibility of this role.

Additionally, the successful candidate will enforce process and quality standards across teams and take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.

Contribution to ongoing projects and process improvements is expected, with responsibilities evolving regularly in a fast-growing organization.

About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive and analytical Operations & Data Coordinator to support cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage workflows and datasets across multiple departments.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Enforce process and quality standards across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • Atleast 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
  • A 'can-do' mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is a nice-to-have.
  • Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization is an advantage.
