Product Leadership

This role leads a team of product managers to achieve business goals.

  • Directs and mentors Product Managers, Associate Product Managers, and Product Assistants to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Guides the product management and implementation teams to develop and launch new products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Ensures existing cash management products are continuously updated on a timely basis to match market requirements and improve profitability.
  • Collaborates with the Corporate Product Sales Team and Relationship Managers to offer customized product and pricing packages to target clients.
  • Suggests and spearheads operational enhancements to existing product offerings by reviewing current processes and introducing efficient new methods for lowering costs and increasing productivity.
  • Manages product performance and profitability through monitoring individual product performance, assisting in review of client performance, and facilitating preparation of financial performance reports.
  • Coordinates activities with internal support units and external service providers to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.
