As a Shift Supervisor at Robinsons Supermarket Corporation, your primary responsibility will be to support the store supervisor in managing the store's day-to-day operations. This includes monitoring employee compliance with operational standards, ensuring the accuracy of cash handling procedures, and maintaining inventory levels.
Some key tasks you will be responsible for include:
- Maintaining accurate records of cash transactions and ensuring that all discrepancies are reported.
- Overseeing the receipt and processing of stock deliveries, ensuring that all goods are accurately received and recorded.
- Performing End Of Business Day (EOD) tasks, including sending daily sales updates to the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in retail management preferred
* Strong knowledge of JDA system and other related functions
