About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to join our team at BEST CAREERS AND OPPORTUNITIES.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of process and non-domain training.
  • Contribute to improving operations performance by ensuring training effectiveness and addressing skill gaps.
  • Manage training throughput and participate in client calls, management meetings, and department meetings.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and reviews for trainers and training leads.
  • Identify training needs and arrange for training, re-training, and cross-training as required.
  • Support and monitor day-to-day work processes and meet production and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to training.
  • Conduct audits and checks to ensure compliance with documented policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate meeting contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • Assess and forecast training requirements based on client communication and incoming volume.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer during process transitions.
  • Coordinate with HR/TA functions to recruit staff based on expected volume and required skill sets.
  • Develop a plan of action in coordination with managers, leads, and the quality team based on feedback from operations and clients.

Desirable Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of computer software, including MS-Office, Excel, and PPT.
  • Excellent understanding of knowledge management and quality processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, training need identification, change control, and ability to work independently.
  • Good understanding of the airline and travel industry.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize tasks well.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills with a good problem-solving approach.
  • Good client relationship management skills and experience.
