Job Title: Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator

The M3 Group is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator to join our team in the US market. As a key member of our execution team, you will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

\

Your primary focus will be on sampling and setup for allocated projects, including link setup, testing, and management of exclusion lists. You will also work closely with project assistants to implement effective project recruitment strategies, utilizing available options to maximize results.

\

In this role, you will develop and execute sampling plans, manage internal sample resources through phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions. You will also provide regular updates to the project management team, ensuring that projects are completed within specified timelines.

\

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree or equivalent, combined with 0-1 year of market research experience, is required. Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare is preferred but not essential.

\

Beyond technical skills, we value adaptability, motivation, and the ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in market research tools and platforms, as well as strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel), are also desirable.
