Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2.5-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the coffee, beverage, or food & beverage industry.

  • Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central platforms, including product upload, optimization, and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies, funnel building, and advertising techniques to support product awareness and sales.
  • Basic to intermediate financial management skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and reconcile accounts.

The successful candidate will oversee daily e-commerce operations on Shopify and Amazon, assist in developing and optimizing marketing funnels, and collaborate with the founder to establish and streamline business processes for a newly launched coffee brand and distribution arm.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-Commerce Platform Management: Ensure seamless online sales performance by managing product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in creating and optimizing marketing funnels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for coffee products.
  • Financial Assistance: Maintain accurate sales, expense, and revenue records; reconcile transactions; and provide basic financial reporting support.

This is a remote position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
