Job OverviewThis role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional customer service in a thriving business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage e-commerce platforms, encompassing product listings, pricing, and content updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels.
- Coordinate domestic and international orders, guaranteeing accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and support supply chain forecasting.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade events while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate on website development and provide technical assistance for presentations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.
- Proficiency in Shopify and order management/finance systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
