Remote E-commerce Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing e-commerce accounts, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management.

The E-commerce Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the account manager in maintaining our online sales channels, working with major marketplaces like Amazon, and assisting with data analysis and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• e-commerce Account Management: Maintain key e-commerce accounts, ensuring up-to-date product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist the account manager in generating spreadsheets, performing calculations, and tracking performance.
• Product Listing and Inventory Management: Ensure accurate product listings on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Overstock, etc.
• Pricing and Promotional Management: Work within internal systems and customer systems to ensure accurate pricing and manage promotional pricing during sales periods.
• Relationship Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to update product listings, adjust prices, and launch promotional campaigns.
• e-commerce Metrics Analysis: Provide ongoing analysis of e-commerce metrics, identifying opportunities to improve product listings, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Preferred education level.
• E-commerce Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience as an E-commerce Coordinator or similar role.
• Platform Experience: Must have experience uploading products on Houzz and Cymax, with a plus for experience on Lowe's, Walmart, Amazon, and Target platforms.
• Microsoft Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and analytics.
• Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Attention to Detail: Highly efficient, organized, and detail-oriented to ensure accurate product listings and timely order processing.

Preferred Skills:

• Amazon Seller Central Experience: Familiarity with product image optimization, video content, and managing product variations.
• Inventory Management and Sales Analysis: Experience with inventory management and sales analysis.
